I have had repeated issues with UPS over the years, yesterday after hearing the CRASH/THUMP at my front door and seeing what was left for me and the condition it was in, I decided to take my frustrations out constructively.
So I bought http://www.UPSfail.com and set it up. It made me feel a little better.

James,

Thank you so much for your kind reply.

I have no doubt that these things happen as the result of business decisions that then adversely impact employees. That's really unfortunate.

I wish you the best, and hope that management wises up.

As a UPS employee who works as a loader, I want to apologize to you on behalf of UPS. The truth is that there are many other loaders who just like me load up to 1,000 packages daily. But, what happens is that our management people keep shoving numbers down our throats, essentially making us treat the packages of our customers like garbage. Lots of loaders load small packages and put gigantic heavy packages on top, they fold envelopes, they do horrible things to the packages that it's simply embarrassing. It makes me feel awful to say that, but I try what I can to personally keep the packages that I receive intact and to stay that way. And if you can, ship with someone else, because sadly, as long as UPS keeps on running the way it does on the inside, your packages will come out like this.
