Day 30.
Two things have characterized both pregnancies so far: the temptation to fall asleep anywhere (in food, standing up, in shower, etc.), and the fact that I can smell everything. From quite some distance. For example, my husband put a drop of tea tree oil on his ear yesterday, and I could smell it through his hair. And I can smell the scent of a popsicle stick on my hand – just the wooden stick, mind you – after I’m done with the popsicle and have thrown the stick away. And let’s not get into car fumes. *retch*
Or cheap candles at Walgreens. Ugh.
Otherwise, well, I alternate between obsessively looking up information on the Internet and trying not to imagine going to the doctor the second time and seeing what we saw (or didn’t see) the first time. Fortunately, I’m too tired to dwell on either.
And I have a German class to distract me. Yay distractions!
Off to nap… can’t hold a coherent train of thought in my head right now.
